Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish for "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is an Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. Since she was a teenager Rosalia has explored the fringes of pop and traditional music. El Mal Querer was her significant commercial breakthrough and critical success in 2018. Following the release of Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist It also topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she won an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami, her third album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry and James Blake. The album was released on March 20, 2022 after a performance of the song Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to perform solo on the program. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman ever to win both of these awards.
