Evans was featured in a variety of films that adapted graphic novels and comics, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers as Captain America was featured in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019 brought him greater recognition. He was one of the most highly paid actors in the world due to his role in the Marvel franchise.
